What you'll do
- Provide technical support for software applications and investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues
- Automate start-of-day and end-of-day checks for key applications
- Log and track incidents across applications in the production environment
- Implement monitoring and automation initiatives and develop custom solutions using Python, Shell, and/or Powershell scripts
- Create tactical support tools and scripts to improve the incident investigation process and enable
