What you'll do
- Actively monitor the Linux Support team’s incident/request queue, set prioritization, and process tickets in a timely manner
- Perform production releases while adhering to change management guidelines
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and related hardware/software components
- Perform in-depth analysis for post impact resolution, RCA, remedial actions, and problem management
- Manage and troubleshoot AD integrated authentication on Linux servers
