About the role
The firm delivers integrated financial and operational solutions across Transaction Advisory Services, Transaction Execution Services, Office of the CFO, Valuations, Performance Improvement, Turnaround & Restructuring and Investment Banking. Engagement teams are lean and execution-oriented, working directly with senior stakeholders to navigate complex transitions and transformations.
What you'll do
- Support deals involving complex accounting, reporting and transaction related matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs
- Support in preparation and analysis of pro forma financial statements and deal related financial information
- Apply and interpret complex accounting guidance (ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 842, GAAP, IFRS and SEC standards) under the direction of engagement leaders
- Support clients with accounting policy development, technical accounting research, preparation of technical memos, audit readiness activities
- Support in GAAP conversion projects, including identification of GAAP differences and quantification of financial statement impacts
