About the role
We are seeking a strategic and transformative leader to lead our Digital Workplace Engineering organization. This role is accountable for defining and executing the enterprise Digital Workplace strategy, delivering a seamless, modern, secure, and productive employee experience for over 140,000 global caregivers and employees.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the enterprise Digital Workplace vision, roadmap, and transformation strategy
- Lead modernization initiatives focused on improving employee productivity, engagement, collaboration, and digital experience
- Drive transformation programs supporting hybrid work, remote work enablement, workplace mobility, and workforce productivity
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and establish strategic innovation roadmaps
- Responsible for workplace technology architecture and lifecycle management
