About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in ITSM and ITAM. The ideal candidate should have experience in driving ServiceNow product initiatives, gathering business requirements, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
What you'll do
- Act as a Product Manager / Business Analyst for ServiceNow platform initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Lead requirement workshops, solution discussions, and backlog grooming sessions
- ITAM – Asset Management, CMDB, Software & Hardware Asset Management
