What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end presales technical cycle: qualification, discovery, solution design, demonstrations, RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, POCs
- Architect customer solutions across WhatsApp Business Platform/API, RCS Business Messaging, A2P/2-way SMS, Email
- Lead AI-led solutioning using Heltar: conversational AI/GenAI agents, knowledge-grounded FAQs, multilingual experiences, automated journeys
- Translate enterprise use cases into architecture diagrams, API flows, integration specifications, scope assumptions, technical proposals
- Lead workshops and compelling demos with enterprise customers, partners and Sales teams; communicate business outcomes as well as technical limitations and dependencies
