About the role
The role oversees manufacturing operations, production planning, resource optimization, cost control, risk management, and customer commitments while driving operational excellence across the value chain. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES This includes the gathering of business requirements, development of process flows, high level solution design, training and change management.

- Managing transformer production schedules, capacity planning, and workflow optimization
- Driving quality, safety, and compliance standards across manufacturing operations
- Coordinating suppliers and materials to ensure on-time production and delivery
