About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive – Wellness & Engagement to lead and implement employee wellness and engagement programs at our organization. The role involves designing and implementing engaging activities, wellness initiatives, support employee health programs and and help nurture a positive and energetic workplace culture.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness initiatives aimed at improving employees’ physical, mental, and emotional health
- Provide basic nutritional guidance and collaborate with health professionals to offer informed diet-related suggestions
- Identify health improvement areas and design targeted interventions to enhance overall well-being
- Coordinate weekly exercise, stretching, Yoga and meditation sessions/workshops across locations
- Oversee fitness evaluations and support personalized diet and exercise recommendations
