About the role
Store Growth Manager is tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the store, with a strong emphasis on creating visually appealing merchandise displays and delivering exceptional customer (ABs)experiences. He will be responsible for contributing in Growth of the Store by executing the Plans shared with them from HO Team of Franchise Department .

- Ensure the Zone Flow Guidelines and Correct Usage of Brandings and Signage
- Execute plans to Achieve Sales Target
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service and Store Ambience Standards
- Train the Staff at Store to align them with company Guidelines
