About the role
The Lead Engineer – Process Engineering is responsible for leading and executing boiler process engineering activities for Steam Power service, retrofit, renovation and modernization (R&M), and new product introduction (NPI) programs. The role supports development of process engineering solutions for boiler systems, thermal performance improvement, steam-water cycle integration, emissions-related modifications, and fleet support initiatives.
What you'll do
- Contribute to opportunity assessment for boiler upgrade and retrofit packages, including emissions-related modifications and performance improvement solutions
- Support NPI activities through evaluation of new or modified process concepts, product features, design changes, and engineering validation requirements
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continue building technical capability in boiler process engineering methods, tools, and standards
