Sr Engineer - Process Engineering

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Process Engineering is responsible for independently executing and owning assigned process engineering and customer application engineering scope for boiler and thermal power plant service, retrofit, renovation and modernization (R&M), and new product introduction (NPI) programs.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to explain proposed solutions, engineering assumptions, and application feasibility
• Contribute to opportunity assessment for boiler upgrade and retrofit packages, including emissions-related modifications and performance improvement solutions
• Take ownership of assigned ITO activities through project handover
• Provide technical guidance and review support to less experienced engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building across the team
