About the role
FLT with the customer branch end stake holders. Coordinate with internal teams ESOC , ENOC, Field , NHQ teams for 4 Reporting of link status Daily / weekly / monthly wise & ensure to maintain the customer link uptime. Interact with customer IT/SPOC for all service related issues/ Monitor DC/DR link and escalate internally for quick restoration.
