About the role
As AVP – Talent Acquisition (Experienced Hires), you will own the mid-to-senior hiring mandate across BXRE's portfolio companies (portcos), functioning as a trusted talent partner to business leaders and HR counterparts across multiple entities. You'll drive full-cycle recruiting for specialized, high-impact roles — finance, asset management, operations, technology, and corporate functions — while building the operating discipline that scales with demand.
What you'll do
- End-to-end recruiting for experienced-hire mandates (IC to Sr AVP level) across BXRE portcos
- Senior stakeholder management — building credibility with business heads, portco CEOs, CFOs, and functional leaders
- Demand planning and pipeline health — maintaining real-time visibility through Workday Recruiting and metrics dashboards
- Market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to inform sourcing strategy and offer positioning
- Agency and vendor management — driving accountability on quality, turnaround, and cost-per-hire
