About the role
The Technical Specialist - HRIS is responsible for the operational support, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS systems and solutions. Reporting to the Service Owner, this role provides advanced technical support, manages Level 2 and 3 service requests and incidents, and designs and delivers small changes and updates.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the operational support, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS systems and solutions
- Reporting to the Service Owner, this role provides advanced technical support, manages Level 2 and 3 service requests and incidents
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support for incidents and service requests, escalating where necessary
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with Service Desk and other support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution
