About the role
As AVP – Talent Acquisition (Leadership Hiring), you will lead executive and senior leadership searches for BXRE's portfolio companies. You'll operate as a true search partner — not a coordinator — running confidential mandates, building bespoke candidate slates, and guiding senior leaders through the full assessment and selection process.
What you'll do
- Full-cycle executive search for Niche Sr. AVP, VP, SVP and select C-suite roles across BXRE portcos
- Executive stakeholder management — partnering directly with portco CEOs, CHROs, and board-level sponsors
- Offer strategy and close — total compensation packaging, negotiation, and competing-offer management at senior levels
- Relationship management with retained and boutique search firms; holding them to quality and timeline standards
- Governance and reporting through Workday — pipeline dashboards, requisition integrity, executive hiring metrics
