About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, debugging, and maintaining client-level configurations and assisting in resolving any errors returned from multiple insurance carriers. This role will require significant engagement across insurance carriers, customers, and a number of internal departments, and will have a major impact on the success of Rippling's Benefits platform.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end setup of new EDI/API implementations (834, JSON, and carriers’ proprietary files) and post-production support for our growing client base
- Act as the primary point of contact with insurance carriers, customers, and brokers to resolve issues related to EDI/API transactions
- Identify process gaps and areas where improvements can be made
- Own productivity metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Support EDI/API connections post production
