PEO Operations Analyst

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a core operations team member. You’ll help design scalable processes to bring new customers into our platform while working cross-functionally to minimize the operational burden through software automation. This highly cross-functional, task-oriented role impacts the performance of our sales, product, and finance teams.

What you'll do

• Provide first-class service to our clients
• Resolve tax account registration and maintenance tasks for our clients
• Work with Federal/State agencies on behalf of our clients
• Identifying and reporting System and/or process gaps that will result in a decrease of a negative client experience
• Work cross-functionally with Payroll Engineering
