About the role
As an EPC Account Manager, you will drive strategic growth and achieving the AOP targets across a defined portfolio of (EPC) accounts in the southern region. The EPCs represent a high-priority growth segment for our organization, and this role is important to reshaping our engagement model through an outcome-based approach and unique value propositions.
What you'll do
- Manage and deliver AOP targets for assigned EPC accounts in the region
- Leadership for Large Project Pursuits : Take ownership of large project pursuits by anchoring the role of program manager
- Promote execution excellence with successful outcomes
- Lead strategic selling initiatives on Digital, Cyber, AI with a balance of assertiveness and consultative engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including end-user, OEM, domain experts, industry and operations to lead account success
