About the role
As an Industrial Engineer , you will improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance across manufacturing and operational processes. You will focus on process optimization, capacity planning, labour use, line balancing, workflow improvements, Lean Manufacturing programmes, and data-driven continuous improvement to support our goals.
What you'll do
- Analyse manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and throughput
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen events
- Perform capacity analysis and production planning support
