What you'll do
- Work with the Production & Inventory Control Managers to thoroughly understand and advise on managing short term / long term capacities to minimize the cause for past…
- Execute Rough Cut Capacity Planning at the work center level and across business units
- Prepare manufacturing plan of orders to be executed in the month and quarter, in alignment with plant's capacity, manufacturing estimated hours and material availability
- Monitor inputs utilized for capacity planning (efficiency, utilization , absenteeism) to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with S&OP team regarding load, capacity and revenue target alignment and monitor Frontlog to Backlog conversion to ensure load alignment versus S&OP plan
