About the role
The Quality Assurance supervisor develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems to ensure product reliability and compliance with company standards. This role defines inspection methods, testing procedures, and quality benchmarks, while contributing to engineering design reviews and supporting product data analysis.
What you'll do
- Establish and maintain quality assurance systems, standards, and procedures
- Define inspection and testing methods to evaluate precision, accuracy, and reliability of products
- Review engineering designs to integrate quality requirements and considerations
- Support product teams by gathering and analysing production & quality-related challenges
- Supervise and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation of the quality function
