About the role
He/she will be responsible for overall hiring for one HC vertical and will play the role of an entry Level recruiter. Will maintain highest level of Integrity, honesty and reliability ownership
What you'll do
- Execute short term plan to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs
- Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners
- Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc
- Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, root-cause analysis, recommending solutions
