About the role
As a Manager - HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner), you will lead and manage the HRBP team, partnering with senior leaders and business units to drive the organization's people strategy. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, overseeing talent management efforts, and fostering a positive work culture to support the achievement of organizational goals.
What you'll do
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and business unit managers to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and HR needs
- Collaborate with business units to align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives and direction
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and influencing decision-making processes
- Work with business leaders to identify critical skills and competencies required for success and develop strategies to address talent gaps
- Guide and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration sessions, and career development plans
