About the role
The Manager – HR Analytics is responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing HR data systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. The role ensures data accuracy, timely analytics, and actionable insights that support HR strategy, workforce planning, compliance, and business decision-making.
What you'll do
- HR Data Management & Governance
- Manage and maintain HR databases, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across employee lifecycle datasets
- Develop and enforce data governance standards and audit checks
- Design, automate and publish HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, talent, productivity, compliance)
