About the role
The role Manager Talent Acquisition is to provide tactical and strategic consulting about on-campus and off campus opportunities for various roles in the organization. He/she will also be responsible for overall hiring for two or more HC verticals and will lead the team of Entry Level recruiters. Will maintain highest level of Integrity, honesty and reliability ownership
What you'll do
- Managing the execution of end to end recruitment process of staffing for volume hiring
- Should be able to plan and execute hiring plan for business accounts
- Ensuring smooth functioning of the recruitment process while maintaining compliance to procedures and
- Executing the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT
- Managing internal stakeholders and ensuring that business meets their hiring numbers
