What you'll do
- HVAC Design for Excellence (DfX): Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) reviews for large-scale cooling units
- Industrial Process & Tooling Design: Define and implement the end-to-end industrial architecture, including assembly line layout
- Drive material productivity and component optimization to hit target recurring product costs
- Supply Chain & Factory Handover: Coordinate with procurement and supplier quality teams to industrialize local components
- Lead the final Production Readiness Review (PRR) to hand over a stable, high-yield process to global factory operations
