About the role
We are looking for an Operations Manager - Revenue and Solution Engineering to support our global GTM teams by delivering rapid, quality support to the global Solution Engineering, RevOps and Enablement teams. This role reports to the Senior Director of Services, with dotted-lines to the Demo Engineering, RevOps and Revenue Enablement leaders, based in the US.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee a team of Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations and Demo Engineering
- Practitioners for daily local management
- Support the global Solution Engineering teams to deliver and maintain our standard and custom demo capability
- Work with the global Enablement & Operations team to establish the strategy, plan, and prioritization for process and tool enablement for internal teams
- Lead and oversee a small team of Revenue Operations system administrators supporting Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack
