About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager/Solution Architect to own and elevate the end-to-end technical experience for our enterprise and mid-market customers. As a trusted advisor, you will pair hands-on solution design—including custom API integrations, SSO authentication, and MCP setup—with strategic guidance to accelerate adoption of critical capabilities and turn platform data into actionable business insights.
What you'll do
- Technical Architecture & Integration Design
- Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with enterprise customers to define business goals, technical requirements, and integration architecture
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions using RESTful APIs, Web Services, MCP, and custom connectors
- Translate complex requirements into detailed solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and data flow specifications
- Serve as the technical lead across concurrent onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring high-quality, SLA-compliant delivery
