As part of this team, you will contribute to shaping the global energy transition, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and conduct business responsibly while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Who is Siemens Energy? The technologies created in our research departments and factories drive the energy transition and provide the base for one sixth of the world's electricity generation.
What you'll do
- Manage hardware-related projects and demands in ServiceNow, ensuring that records are accurate, complete, and kept up to date
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to understand their requirements and document demands clearly and consistently
- Learn, follow, and support the established onboarding process for new AV equipment to be added to the hardware portfolio
- Track demand progress, dependencies, risks, and next steps, and provide clear status updates to the relevant stakeholders
- Maintain structured documentation for hardware products, configurations, processes, decisions, and operational handover
