What you'll do

• Design new process solutions in partnership with representatives from Business Units, Segments, and IT
• Manage global demand, provide process consulting, and coordinate business support for the ERP systems
• Partner with key business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications for complex SAP developments
• Develop test cases, coordinate test execution, track defects, and support business acceptance of SAP changes
• Plan and deliver small-to-medium IT projects, managing scope, schedules, quality, risks, stakeholder communication, and implementation
