About the role
You are responsible for managing all aspects of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Siemens Energy SAP S/4HANA across multiple rollout projects and contribute to the overall setup of the UAT delivery model. You contribute to the UAT strategy development and take the lead on various aspects of its operational execution.
What you'll do
- Contribute to scale the S/4 test factory for the UAT scope, combining internal employees and external IT partners to enable industrialized SAP rollouts
- Lead and govern defined UAT test-related activities across the global rollout program
- Manage the Performance Management on UAT testing scope with clear KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms for various rollout projects
- Drive automation and AI-enabled testing approaches for UAT across various rollout projects to increase efficiency and quality
- Manage risks, dependencies, and service levels for UAT scope across various rollout projects to ensure timely and complete delivery
