What you'll do
- Design and own the end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events
- Translate business requirements from HR stakeholders into scalable, well-governed technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Lead solution design workshops, produce architecture documentation (solution designs, integration diagrams, data models)
- Define and enforce coding standards, platform governance, and configuration best practices across the HRSD workstream
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party/HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, payroll systems) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub
