About the role
Overview Lead and manage the Technical Services team responsible for providing technical solutions and product approvals for Sika admixtures across key customers, including ready-mix concrete producers, contractors and precast manufacturers. Drive technical excellence, customer satisfaction and business growth by guiding the team in product development, mix design optimization, troubleshooting and on-site technical support.
What you'll do
- Drive technical excellence, customer satisfaction and business growth by guiding the team in product development, mix design optimization
- Drive product approvals with new and existing customers in collaboration with Sales teams to support business growth
- Provide technical direction on concrete mix design, product optimization and performance improvement
- Oversee laboratory testing related to concrete, aggregates and cement, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely completion
- Guide the team in troubleshooting customer complaints, identifying root causes and developing effective corrective actions
