About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to provide technical leadership across the design, development, delivery and support of enterprise digital solutions. The role requires someone who can think beyond individual applications, understand the end-to-end solution, and work across development, architecture, QA, DevOps, infrastructure and support teams.
What you'll do
- Design and develop scalable, secure and maintainable enterprise solutions
- Lead technical design, code reviews and engineering best practices
- Support production incidents, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployment, monitoring and operational readiness
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and performance/reliability considerations early
