About the role

What you'll do
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region / segment
- Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans
- Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network
- Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth
- Business Acumen and Financial knowledge
