About the role
We are looking for Telecallers (Interns/Freshers) to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and assist in client follow-ups.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary details
- Maintain customer database and follow up on leads
- Provide basic product information and resolve customer queries
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients
