About the role

A Store Manager at Specsmakers acts as an important link between strategy and execution. He/she drives the store towards achieving all assigned metrics of Store Sales, Conversions, Customer satisfaction etc. and is responsible for keeping a high level of morale among the store staff, developing them, controlling attrition, and ensuring smooth operations at the store.

What you'll do

• Performing Sales in selling optical frames and lenses
• Handling customers and suggesting them on selection of spectacle frames, optical lenses and sunglasses
• For showroom managers to handle the complete store operations daily and to motivate the team
• Plan, forecast, report on sales, cost and business performance in the outlet according to company requirement
• Supervise and implement sales and promotional strategies and activities in the outlet
