About the role
The People Systems Operations Administrator supports the day-to-day work that keeps Stripe’s People technology running accurately and reliably. The role sits in the Service Delivery Center and works as part of the wider People Solutions team, with a close dotted-line partnership to People Solutions Systems Management.
What you'll do
- Support queue and request triage
- Monitor the Salesforce case management queue and Jira requests for People Systems work
- Triage incoming requests by urgency, business impact, data sensitivity, and defined support process
- Resolve standard requests using documented procedures, and route exceptions or higher-complexity work to the appropriate People Systems owner
- Keep request records accurate and complete, including status updates, required approvals, supporting documentation, and clear handoffs
