What you'll do
- Support execution of debt facilities including
- Drafting and review of term sheets
- Reviewing project contracts and due diligence reports
- Leading documentation and ensuring all internal processes are complied with to facilitate financial close
- Support execution of advisory/debt structuring transactions entailing drafting of information memorandum, preparing of financial model
