Assistant Manager - Supply

About the role

Member-only hotel rates are the first promise CREW makes. This role is the person who makes that promise true. We are looking for a commercially sharp Assistant Manager - Hotel Supply & Partnerships to build CREW's directly contracted hotel portfolio.

What you'll do

• Build the portfolio: Identify, negotiate and close direct contracts with hotels, resorts and regional chains across CREW's priority markets
• Negotiate commercials: Net and static rates, allocation and release periods, cancellation terms, MLOS, blackout handling, override and volume-linked commissions
• Run the daily price check: Monitor CREW's rates against public OTA rates and aggregator/supplier rates on priority properties every day
• Own the benchmarking view and the numbers: Maintain the rate-competitiveness reporting for the portfolio - which properties we win on, which we lose on
• Turn contracts into bookable rates: Partner with ops, product and engineering so signed rates, room content and property mapping load correctly and go live
