What you'll do
- Partner with Global Total Rewards leadership to develop and execute Total Rewards strategy across APAC
- Provide APAC market insights, trends, and recommendations to influence global program design and local implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, efficiency, program effectiveness, and business alignment
- Lead regional planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution across APAC
- Oversee APAC benefits strategy, governance, administration, and delivery aligned with the global Total Rewards philosophy
