What you'll do
- Build the capability from the ground up - Define the early talent operating model, governance, processes, technology needs, partner ecosystem and implementation roadmap
- Create the global framework - Establish consistent principles, program standards and candidate
- Experiences that can be adapted to local talent markets, regulations and business requirements
- Shape the portfolio - Build internship, graduate, apprenticeship and other early-career pathways aligned with workforce plans
- Build the campus ecosystem - Identify priority institutions and develop trusted relationships with university leaders, placement teams, faculty
