About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior IMS Specialist to lead investigator payment operations and support complex financial processes across clinical trial programs. This role requires strong expertise in payment management, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, compliance, and team mentoring.
What you'll do
- Lead Investigator Payment activities and ensure adherence to Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) payment terms
- Manage end-to-end payment operations for late-stage clinical trials, or PTP (Procure-to-Pay) and OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure seamless payment execution
- Support audits and maintain accurate project payment records
- Drive process improvements, identify operational efficiencies, and support compliance initiatives
