Assistant Manager / Manager – Agency Strategy The role is responsible for Supporting the Agency Employee PMS Team and Leadership in driving the business growth, productivity enhancement, strategic planning, business analytics and key transformation initiatives & strategic projects.
What you'll do
- Support Agency PMS team for preparing the monthly cost budget for the Agency channel
- Prepare and publish the daily tracker and employee performance updates
- Monitor business performance against plans and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare periodic business reviews and performance reports
- Track key metrics related to Employee perk and recommend the corrective actions
