Associate Vice President - Agency Strategy

About the role

High-energy, execution-oriented Senior Manager / AVP – Agency Strategy & Project Management to join the Agency Strategy team. The role will be responsible for driving strategic projects and key initiatives across the Agency distribution channel , ensuring that projects are clearly chartered, appropriately planned, executed within defined timelines, and delivered with the desired business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own and drive strategic projects from conceptualisation to implementation and closure
• Develop clear project charters covering objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, stakeholders and success metrics
• Create detailed project plans and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and milestones
• Track project progress through structured governance mechanisms and ensure timely course correction
• Identify project dependencies, bottlenecks, risks and potential delays and proactively resolve/escalate them
