What you'll do
- RFQ Review & Technical Assessment
- Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, BOMs, data packages, and customer standards to identify gaps and prepare structured clarification lists
- Assess product design maturity, manufacturability, technical risks, and proposal feasibility
- Own mechanical design assurance activities including 2D/3D CAD reviews and GD&T evaluations in accordance with ASME Y14.5 standards
- Perform worst-case and RSS tolerance stack-up analysis to validate manufacturability and assembly robustness
