About the role
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes and ensuring efficient execution of PCBA projects.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement effective production plans, schedules, and strategies for PCBA, considering capacity, resources, and customer requirements
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance PCBA processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PCBA to contribute innovative ideas for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering / maintenance, process and quality assurance
