About the role
The Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics lead analyst leads the design, development, testing, and implementation of complex operational analytics and insight solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with business knowledge, stakeholder influence, and end-to-end ownership.
What you'll do
- Lead medium to complex analytics initiatives from requirements definition through development, testing, implementation, and post-delivery review
- Design sustainable solutions using multiple static and dynamic data sources while managing data-quality limitations and technical dependencies
- Translate complex analysis into actionable insights, recommendations, and clearly articulated business implications
- Partner directly with senior operational, clinical, payment integrity, performance-improvement, and technology stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment when stakeholders have competing requirements, priorities, or definitions
