About the role
The Program Management Advisor (Workforce Management) will support Hyderabad leadership in driving workforce planning, capacity management, capability development, talent readiness, and workforce insights. The role will partner with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and functional teams to align talent supply and workforce capabilities with business priorities and growth objectives.
What you'll do
- Workforce Planning & Capacity Management
- Lead workforce management and capacity-planning processes to align talent supply with current and future business demand
- Develop workforce forecasts, capacity plans, hiring outlooks, and resource recommendations aligned with business priorities
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to translate growth, transition, and transformation priorities into workforce requirements
- Maintain workforce-planning assumptions, demand inputs, governance routines, and readiness views
