About the role
Reporting to the International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) PMO Lead within the IHDS Strategic Change Function, the Intake Admin Analyst will be responsible for administrative tasks associated with the intake and portfolio processes.
What you'll do
- Undertaking housekeeping activities for our Intake, T-shirt and Business Impact Assessment tools and Jira
- Housekeeping and follow-ups associated with our capacity allocation model
- Is happy to work with reasonable level of autonomy
- Team working - internal/external
- Customer Focus - internal/external
